My desire is to help you create a space that is beautiful, functional, and comfortable. I love creating aesthetically pleasing spaces that evoke an atmosphere you are proud of.

Our home is our own personal refuge where we create cherished memories. It is so important to find comfort in our spaces and create areas that reflect who we are. I believe good design makes our lives better. I help my clients navigate the challenges of design so they can more richly enjoy their home. No need is too small. Projects can be as elaborate as full-scale design plans to home styling, or as minor as the addition of artwork and accessories. My goal is to bring out my clients’ personalities and to collaborate breath life into a space. As an artist, I have a strong eye for color and pattern that sets me apart from other designers.

My creative experiences began at a young age when I discovered my gift of artistic expression. Thankfully, my parents nurtured my exploration process throughout my adolescents. I went on to earn degrees from the University of South Carolina in History, Political Science, and Art Education. I also earned minors in Art History and Studio Art. I taught high school art for seven years after my undergraduate education.

ART: I have always believed that good artwork makes a space. I understand that art is an investment and every piece should be chosen with love and care. Today, my work hangs in homes across North America. I take a number of commissions each year, and would love to work with you to create a custom piece for your space!

DESIGN: I work with clients in the Carolina’s and more specifically the Charlotte Metro area and Upstate, South Carolina. I am happy to speak with you no matter where you live about how we can work to together to create the perfect space for you, whether by an E-Design process or in person.
